The team brought my car promptly each time. my room featured luxurious l'occitane products in the modern bathroom. i appreciated the valet team's willingness to retrieve my car so i could drop off luggage.

Really good Location and Friendly Service

The location was GREAT. It was walking distance to attractions like the CN tower and Union station. Staff were very helpful, and immediately accommodated my request to move rooms when street noise ruined my first night of sleep. The housekeeping staff kept the room in excellent shape.

I stayed for four nights AND had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Towels was not changed, and beds not made. Water was not replenished in the room.

The front desk was responsive. Staff readily accommodated a room change due to noise. I found them friendly and efficient. The hotel offered excellent assistance with all requests.
